Refund Policy

All fees for services are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of healthcare and wellness services, including telehealth consultations and IV hydration therapy, all sales are considered final once payment is processed and an appointment is reserved.

Telehealth Services:

All scheduled telehealth appointments are non-refundable, including missed appointments and late cancellations.

IV Hydration Therapy:

All IV therapy appointments are non-refundable once scheduled. Failure to attend or late cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment.

Medical Eligibility Requirement:

Payment secures access to professional evaluation and administrative services. It does not guarantee treatment, prescription, or specific outcomes. All services are subject to provider approval.

Limited Exceptions:

Refunds will only be issued in the event of:

Verified duplicate charges

Provider determination prior to service that the patient is not clinically appropriate and no services have been rendered

No refunds will be issued after services have been provided.

Chargebacks:

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable and may result in forfeiture of fees.

Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled appointments, with fees still applicable.

If we cancel your appointment, you will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
